My name is Tony Baker, and I have been the Coordinator of the New Zealand Chapter of IFMR since 1998.

I am  retired, but full of enthusiasm to give it my best shot in the future!!. I have several others in my club who are willing to help built up our chapter.

I live in Rotorua, New Zealand which is in the centre of the North Island and is very central for the many tourists who come to N.Z. to see our thermal district as well as our indigenous people - the Maoris.

I ride a 1995 GL 1500  SE Honda GoldWing - it is my third GoldWing.

A couple of years ago my wife and I went to Texas on a Rotary Home Exchange, and also to go on a Southwest Ride #1 from Abilene -  Santa Fe - Abilene. Unfortunately the ride was cancelled at the last minute. I am 66 years of age, have been a Rotarian since 1969, club President 1985/86, PHF, 3rd year club secretary !, married to Marlene and have no children. We are both very active, have travelled extensively.
